Sleeping is one of the most important things in life to survive. With out sleep, the body is not able to function properly throught out daily activites. I love to sleep, and sometimes I wish I never had to wake up. One might ask how that exactly connects to physics, well, I can say it connects to Newtons Laws. More specifically Newton's first law of motion, which is often stated as; n object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. To me this completely connects to physics.

When you are in that deep sleep where you are having great happy, rainbowy dreams, but then the next minute you are wide awake wishing you can go back to sleep. you were at rest but the nwoken up by an outside for, whether is is an alarm clock, your mom screaming at you to wake up or simly the sun shining throught the curtain, you are not longer at rest. However, one you are awake, realistically, you can oulll allnighters and not go to sleep, but your body become sleep deprived, which is an outside for which casue the object in moretion to stop and stay at rest until woken up agian. Sleeping is a part of physiscs, even when it is one of my personal favortie things to do.
