  1. In response to purple15's post on March 17: I had the same experience the first day/week of physics class. I had no idea what was going on and it was all new material to me. The review chapter was not so much of a review, but new learning. It also didn't help that the first week of class was self-taught because we had so many snow days! I thought I was doomed for sure, but I was proven wrong. I soon learned that physics can be applied to all aspects of life. I began to understand the concepts better by taking notes from the book and watching the videos posted by Dan Fullerton. Now physics is not something I dread, it's something that I look forward to because I am constantly learning something new.
