We da police. In this project we were trying to figure out the speeds of vehicles on Cooper road, which has a speed limit of 35 MPH or 56.3 km/hr. To determine whether or not people were speeding we lied down 25m of measuring tape as well as 50m. We timed from when the front of the car passed the beginning of the tape to when the front reached the end of the tape. In order to get more accurate results we also measured the halfway point of the tape as a form of consistency.

Our results concluded that people on that specific strip of cooper go considerably slower than the speed limit.
