Hi,

I just bought this in PDF version. I got the payment confirmation through paypal and from your company but I do not know how to download it. Is there a link or button somewhere to trigger the download?

Thanks,

Rick

Yes Rick.  After you purchase the book, there's a bright red "Download" button.  If you've navigated away from it, you can go directly back to the page by navigating to:

Once you've logged in, you should see a download button.  If you're still having issues, shoot us an e-mail and we'll send you a copy by e-mail right quick.  (E-mail address is on top of main APlusPhysics.com page).  Thanks!

Fizziks Guy,

I am having the same issue as Rick. Got a confirmation email that I have paid for the Ultimate Regents Physics Q & A  Book, but I don't see a "DOWNLOAD" button of any color anywhere.  Tried signing out and in again, still no "DOWNLOAD" button anywhere.

Karine

Hi Karine,

This is usually caused by a browser issue (typically in Internet Explorer).  I've just e-mailed the file to you and confirmed that your account does show a Download button from a different browser.  The screen is continuing to also show a buy now button, even though you've already purchased the item.  I am following up with the system developer to get that fixed as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience!
