Guest Wunderkind5000
Albert-the-gangsta claims that when he rounded the corner and smashed into the car of Fred-the-enemy-of-Albert-the-gangsta (parked, with Fred sitting inside), he was obeying the speed limit of 30m/s. The police decide that to be extra sure of Albert's crime they need to know if he was speeding or not. It is known that both cars weighed 950kg, the two cars locked together after impact, the wrecked cars slid 30m before coming to a stop, and the coefficient of kinetic friction between tires and road is 0.93.
