I had the same experience the first day/week of physics class. I had no idea what was going on and it was all new material to me. The review chapter was not so much of a review, but new learning. It also didn't help that the first week of class was self-taught because we had so many snow days! I thought I was doomed for sure, but I was proven wrong.
