Simply you can do this by sitting at some place of your house and putting one hand on your belly , breathe in to a slowly and count one , two , three and then breath out to the same slow count of three , repeat the same process again and again.

Release physical tension.

When we feel mentally stressed , we also feel physically stressed and releasing any physical stress can relief your body and mind .

Lay down to any met or softsurface , start slowly releasing your muscles , you notice that your body sensation changes.

You can also chat to your friends whom you like and it relax your tension and this is one the benefit of social media

Write down your thoughts.

Writing down the things in paper and getting things off your mind will relax you allot . whenever you feel stressed , take few minutes to write on paper and release all your stress.
