Catapult Success!

My webassign is consuming most of my free time this afternoon and for that reason, I though it would be best to blog about my catapult this week. I was impressed that our catapult went as far as it did. Although a mere 7 meters, That was much farther than it went during practice shots. I was impressed by alot of the catapults made by my peers. Obviously, they have experience building (or helpful parents!). Anyways, I think our catapult did pretty well considering the fact that we have pretty much no tools available, other than a hand saw and a few screwdrivers. Using our limited resources, I feel that we did pretty well. If we had started the process a little sooner, however, we might have been able to build something a little bigger and hopefully better. I could always throw in the thought that ours was small but still did better than some that were larger! On another positive note.. atleast no ones catapults looked like these...
