Good point, goalkeeper! Overpasses and snow drifts are especially dangerous this time of year. :snowman: Thanks for the warning with evidence

Yay birthday nerdiness!

Oh jeez, that stinks! Hope that your door gets fixed soon

That's interesting. I feel like majors are getting more and more specific. For example, renewable energy engineering blends together elec., mechanical, and other forms of engineering with a focus on solar, wind, and like power sources. Specific majors are neat because they're specialized to a particular focus area, directly preparing the student for a future career set. Great find, Goalkeeper!

Chemistry joke: Two guys walk into a bar. The first man says,"I'd like some H20." The second man says, "That sounds good! I'd like some H20 Too!"
...The second man dies...
Hahaha, just laughed out loud at that one. Forever alone.

I've never seen one, but that is a very cool concept. Thanks for sharing!
...And that's a shame about your coffee mug, Dave. I'm sure it was treasured.

I forget where exactly I saw this, but I heard that some engineers created a solution to road pot-holes with a non-newtonian fluid such as this. They put the fluid in bags, and put a bag or two inside a pot-hole. Without pressure, the fluid in the bags formed to the shape of the pot-hole. Then, when cars drove over the patch, the substance hardened. I thought this was pretty cool.
Oh, I heard about that when visiting Case Western a little bit ago! A group of students thought that one up. The link below gives more info. Not bad for Undergrads

Lol, yeah that's pretty much it. Math applies to everything...
...even in the selection of a significant other. Details are very important, especially in calculus-based physics. And love.

Cheers to being sick! The school is like the walking dead, but at least we feel awful together... Yay camaraderie.
Thanks for the advice, I'll probably end up with Barrons.
And geez, why were you blogging at 6 am? I know you like Physics, but that's pretty extreme. :worked_till_5am: Feel better!

"A careful reading of official Major League Baseball Rule 6.08(
suggests that in this situation, the batter would be considered 'hit by pitch', and would be eligible to advance to first base."Lol, I suppose that rule is the only thing keeping you from pitching that fast, right Lshads? Nice post
