    Design Goals: Aerodynamics.

    Launch Goal: We are hoping to have a manned launch of at least 10 km.

    Pilot Plan: Fuel tank must seperate from the cockpit when the fuel runs out.  Then the parachutes must be deployed directly afterwards.
