Hi, I am Stephanie and I am a senior. I am excited to start my senior year in high school. I play tennis for the school. I have been playing for three years now on the team. I also play softball for the school. I have been on the school team for my fourth year now. I play pitcher and 1st base. When I am not playing for the school I play in a travel league named Webster Xtreme. I have been playing on this team for my third year. I cant wait to play my last year of tennis and softball for the school.

The reason why I am taking physics this year is because when I plan on applying to colleges, colleges look for if you have taken four years of science. So I thought that taking physics would be the next step. What I hope to lear this year in physics is to obviously learn physics. But I am looking forward to using my math skills to help me understand physics. I am also looking forward to the various projects we do this year. exspecially the iPhone speakers. I hope that by taking this class I learn more about me as a person and as well as physics.

Sounds like a terrific background for taking physics, with lots of opportunities to apply what we learn in class to what you like to do outside of class.  Looking forward to an amazing year!   :thumbsu:

Hi Stephanie, you're right about colleges liking four years of physics but on top of that, we're going to make this class fun! Exploring the physics of softball could be a really interesting topic for one of your blog posts later on!
