I thought the right way to do it would be to take the added mass of the person, multiply it by gravity to get the force, and then use F=-kx to get the spring constant. Then use that with T=2pi sqrt(k/x) to get period and then 1/T = F to get frequency. Am I on the right track but just getting wrong numbers?
