Hi Kevin.  Nothing wrong with the site, you're in the wrong area.  You're looking at the files in the "discussion" area.  So, this is the discussion area for the file "Rotational Motion Unit Materials."  To find the original files, choose the "Downloads" section in the top menu.

 

Things are slow as the community area is currently being upgraded, but that should be sorted out in a couple days.  Thanks!
