Use for Capacitors

So today I was bored and my family had just gotten a new computer, so that means that the old one was just laying around. So i started to take it apart, just to see what was inside. What astounded me was the sheer number of capacitors that was inside the machine. They were all over all of the chips, some in a line, others by themselves. Doing what anyone else would have done, i started to take them off (not as hard as i thought it was gonna be) and put them in a small tuperware. After I was done, i tallied up the total capcitence (which means i added up all of the numbers on the capaictors) which came out to 41807.97 microcoulombs. Thats alot of enegery that can be stored. Now I know that if the capacitor are in parallel, the capiactence isn't as simple as adding all of the capaicotrs up. But the fact that there anywhere near 40,000 microcoulumbs stored in the computer is astounding.

Another interesting note for you to ponder, how come the largest capacitors (in size) weren't the ones with the biggest capacitence?

Random sports fact: On Sunday, Serge Ibaka became the 1st player in Sonics/Thunder franchise history to have a triple-double that included blocks (he recorded 11 blocks)
