Design Goals: Our team hopes to successfully put a satelitte in orbit unmanned around the planet of Kerbal. It is a useful satelitte that includes solar panels, quality sensors, and "computer stuff". We utilized multiple sections with the couplers so that it becomes lighter as we go higher. We also used a large tank and engine to break the atmosphere. To ensure success, we tested the design multiple times to create a great design.
Launch Goal: We wish to put a satelitte in orbit and to have it stay in orbit without crashing to the earth. We hope to demonstrate in this flight the girl power capability of Kailzah inc. We are confident in our design and the success of our rocket to put a satelitte in orbit in a unmanned mission.
Pilot Plan: The rocket will initially go full throttle and start the launch. It will then go to 75% capacity throttle once it is in the air to prevent overheating. Next, once the tank runs out of fuel, it will seperate the two parts and go on to the next engine. Once it is reaches the applatis (??) it will go full throttle to widen the orbit. Whenever the tank is emptied it will go on to the last tank and just keep swimming.
Safety Rep: Charlie, my favorite safety rep???????
